Since our founding, we’ve helped single parents and children rebuild after loss — providing grace, stability, and a path forward.

Our Mission

The Ella Grace Foundation exists to help young parents and children facing sudden, life-altering loss. We step in when tragedy strikes — when a mother or father passes away unexpectedly, and the surviving parent is left with no income, no childcare, and no clear path forward.

But our mission extends beyond immediate relief. We believe in rebuilding lives — not just surviving hardship, but rising from it.

The Foundation provides

  • Emergency Financial Assistance: For childcare, housing, food, transportation, and basic needs during the critical months following loss.

  • Educational Continuity Support: Grants and aid to help parents stay in school or job training programs — preventing dropouts that trap families in poverty.

  • Guidance and Navigation Help: Assistance in navigating state systems for childcare, benefits, and aid — the overwhelming paperwork and delays that can make the difference between hope and despair.

  • Community Partnerships: Connecting families with local organizations, mental health support, and mentors who have overcome similar hardship.

  • Legacy Scholarships: As Ella grows, her story becomes a symbol — proof that with grace and opportunity, the trajectory of a life can change. Scholarships in her name will one day help other children who lost a parent reach their dreams.

Why We Exist

Because we have seen what happens when help doesn’t come.
Because poverty isn’t just about money — it’s about time, opportunity, and hope lost too soon. Because every child deserves the chance to grow up in a world where their future isn’t defined by tragedy.

The Ella Grace Foundation stands as a living promise — that no family should face their hardest moments alone, that compassion can rewrite destinies, and that grace, when given, multiplies.
